How does Birth Photography Work?
It's all about you, Honey! I am on call starting at 37 weeks until baby is due. Births can be very unpredictable. Baby can come fast or baby can be comfortable and want to take their time. I will still be there with you documenting your story.
Payment plans are available. A non-refundable $800 retainer is due upon booking. Payment plans will be arranged based on when service is booked.
Does location matter with Birth Photography?
Whether in your backyard, birthing center, home birth or hospital, I will be there. If you are birthing at home or a birthing center and are transferred due to an emergency it is important to know which hospital you would be transferred to. If you are birthing at the hospital contact them to know their policies on having photographers in labor, delivery and operating rooms. Some hospitals may have restrictions on photographers. If there any restrictions I will do my best to still tell the story in the areas of which I am allowed.
What happens if you miss the birth?
Sometimes fast births can happen, this is where communication is key. As mentioned before birth is unpredictable. If by chance the baby arrives before I do, I will still capture as much of your story as I can. We will also schedule a Fresh48 lifestyle session to complete the experience.
Sometimes life happens and if for some unforeseen reason I am not able to attend the birth there will be a back up photographer sent in my place.

Terms and Conditions
Welcome to AG Photos+Films. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
We provide photography services for various occasions and events. When you book our services, we will provide you with a written agreement outlining the scope of the services, the payment terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3. Payment
We require a non-refundable retainer at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The retainer amount will be specified in the written agreement. The balance of the fee is due on the day of the event or as otherwise specified in the written agreement. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. The retainer is non-refundable. For non-birthing clients: if you cancel within 6 days of the event, you will be required to pay the full fee. If we need to cancel the booking for any reason and a backup photographer is not available, we will refund any fees you have paid to us.
5. Intellectual Property
We own the copyright to all photographs and other materials we create in connection with our services. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal use only. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the photographs without our prior written consent.
6. Liability
We will use our reasonable efforts to provide the services in a professional and timely manner. However, we cannot guarantee that the photographs will be free from defects or errors. In the event of a problem, our liability will be limited to the amount of the fee you have paid us.
